The Ordinary
During opening ceremonies, we revealed the official theme for today's event.
Now it's up to you to interpret this concept into reality and make it something uniquely fun, and express the theme in whatever unconventional, unexpected, or funny way. Let your ideas go wild!
Prize: Cineplex Bundles for 2 (Max. 2) and entry to UofTHacks14 for all members of the winning team.
The Beginner
Everyone starts somewhere, and this weekend, your journey begins right here! This prize track is designed exclusively for first-time hackathon attendees or newcomers to coding who are ready to dive in, learn something new, and turn that opening theme into their very first working project.
Don't worry about having a polished, enterprise-ready application—we care about learning, creativity, and the courage to build!
Prize: Portable Chargers and entry to UofTHacks14 for all members of the winning team.
